Optical Memory Card & ZSI Enrollment Workstations

Beyond Smart, the Zerco advanced secure card is a state-of-the-art hybrid Optical Memory Card (OMC) that can include encoding of popular dual integrated chip (IC) circuits for use in low cost contact or RFID contactless smart card reader devices. The Zerco secure card can also encode traditional magnetic stripe and print any bar code symbology delivering a single, secure, multi-use card.

Data stored to the OMC strip can only be updated by ZSI Enrollment Workstations or ZSI Verification Terminals. This configuration offers many secure advantages and puts employees in charge of their personal information. Lost or stolen cards are useless without the owner’s biometric (fingerprint) being present to unlock encrypted data.

Zerco secure ID cards are also machine-readable by a variety of commercially available card reader terminals. Zerco technical experts are ready to assist in ID badge design, custom security, printing options and integration planning to ensure interoperability with your existing or future access control solutions.
