Robert D. Sudon- Chairman, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sudon assumed his current positions with the Company after the recent passing of Zerco's Founder, Chairman and CEO, John A. Soltesz.  Zerco's Board of Directors elected Robert D. Sudon to these positions because of Mr. Sudon's longstanding relationship and involvement with the Company.  Since the 1990's Mr. Sudon has remained an investor in Zerco and has served as a Director since December 2001.  Mr. Sudon has been able to maintain the direction and accelerate business initiatives of the Company through this transition.  His relationships with many of the investors and his knowledge of the business opportunities have proven to be valuable to Zerco as the Company has moved forward and now appears poised to begin deployment of Zerco's technology to both public and private markets.

Gaston Behar- Advisor to Mexico and Latin America

Mr. Behar has been an Advisor to Zerco in Mexico since September 2010.  As an Advisor to Zerco, Mr. Behar will oversee the development and cultivation of strategic alliances that supplement Zerco's core technology and expand its market penetration in Mexico and Latin America.

Mr. Behar's career spans the direction of post production and software support project phase for the implementation of the New Credit Factory for BMW Financial Services Mexico. He negotiated the database Software License Contracts and Source Code Escrow with BMWFS Financial Services Mexico, Nissan Renault and Nissan Finance Mexico Leasing, Thailand.  He was the Project Leader for the Dongfeng Nissan Automotive Finance Project in Shanghai, China, and Project Manager for the implementation of the Credisystem Software Platform for Nissan Leasing in Bangkok, Thailand.

Mr. Behar has extensive global negotiating experience and a track record of building successful alliances in support of corporate growth and the development of new markets. Having started companies in Asia, opened and managed the taxation and payment to the Thailand Government regulations, Gaston clearly understands the foundational needs of the early stage enterprise.  His experience with bringing technology partnerships together will support the accelerated growth model of Zerco.

He has expertise in public relations, business development, sales and credit analysis.
